Naxos Island Escape Suites

Staying at Island Escape was one of the best decisions of our vacation. Marios, the host and owner, went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for, from the welcome wine he made himself to his eagerness to help us find the perfect restaurants, scooter, and vacation itinerary. Every morning, he greeted us with an amazing breakfast, too. When I got sick due to a previous medical issue, he helped us find the nearest clinic and I was able to get an appointment that morning. The hotel itself is beautiful, complete with unique details Marios created himself. It sits back from the ocean a bit, but it is only a short walk or scooter ride to some of the world's most beautiful beaches, so we did not mind. I highly recommend Island Escape for a quiet, luxury option close to the beach.

The breakfast was amazing and refreshing - just what you need after an early morning swim. We were accompanied by a lovely cat every morning, a great smile from Marios, and a lavish breakfast to start our journey. It's perfectly located close to a beautiful big beach that wasn't crowded and you could enjoy the sun. We got great daily recommendations on things to do around the island, which really enhanced our overall trip. We're leaving with many great feelings!

We were there for the second time. And were once again incredibly warmly received. A rental car (needed to be able to explore the beautiful island!) was organized for us before we arrived, and it was waiting for us right in the port (despite the delay of the ferry). Then a glass of wine upon arrival, the first tips for a successful holiday and the promise to be constantly available during your stay! Thanks a lot Marios!! The breakfast was an absolute dream, much of it made by his mom herself! Rarely experienced so great in the world! The rooms are all furnished with a lot of love, just to feel good. After just a few steps you are right on the beautiful sandy beach, you can even hear the sea murmuring at night with the windows open... What more could you want!

Marius is an amazing host! He knows a lot about the island and is eager to help you to find your way around. The breakfast he serves is the best!! We would highly recommend this accommodation. Especially if your looking for a place which is quiet and not to far from the city or other nice places to see.

Located at the very end of the developed part of Plaka Beach, this is the perfect hideaway and yet it’s just around the corner from some of the best beach loungers and restaurants on the island. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. Marios is the perfect host. He is friendly and welcoming, and will arrange anything you need, including transportation and activities. He helped us refine our itinerary and I’m so glad we took his advice.
